Component Specifics

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any component found to have a manufacturing defect during the specified period.

  • Motor & Electronics: Covers internal failure of the mid-drive motor and torque sensors.
  • Battery: Guaranteed to retain 80% of its original capacity within the first 500 charge cycles or 12 months.
  • Frame: Structural integrity of the 6061 Aerospace Aluminum chassis.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, drive belts).
